October 2003
We didn’t realize to who we were talking to when we dropped of our 5th Wheel for repairs on 20 September. Later, we found out that it was Dale, the President of Sunline who was helping us on a Sunday.! We were grateful for his help in getting the rig unloaded and unhooked. He was cooperative, warm, and his friendly attitude really made us feel welcomed. This attitude has permeated through the Sunline Company.
When we arrived to pick up the rig after completion of damage repairs on 23 October, we were greeted warmly by Debbie the receptionist. It was also nice to finally meet Mary who has been so helpful in the past. Tom and his crew turned our crippled RV into a brand new baby, for which we are very grateful. Tom gave up some operational tips and assembled a spare parts kit for us- parts that I hope we never need to use, but at least we know that they’re there if needed. And Gary’s cooperativeness in ordering spare bearing for us also demonstrates the over all feeling of warmness, and friendliness that we have about your company. I know that there are many nameless and faceless people to us who are behind the scene that have been helping us and we thank them too.
We practiced our boon docking skills at Assateague in preparation for our Snowbird 2004 adventure which starts in December.
