The first thing that you notice when you cross into Nevada are the casinos;
they're ever where! On our way to Arizona we stayed overnight at a 76 truck stop
in Mesquite.
The lights of Las Vegas looked like a shimmering sea of jewels from
approximately 14 miles north. We'll have to go back to Las Vegas some time.
